A collection featuring portraits of all six main characters from the timeless classic movie, “The Wizard of Oz.” Each Kansas State Quarter is first plated with 24k gold and then using a unique process, colorized with a full color portrait of the favorite characters from the movie, Tin Man, Cowardly Lion, Scarecrow, Glinda-the good Witch of the North, The Wicked Witch of the West and of course Dorothy. The Kansas State Quarter was only produced for 10 weeks in 2005. It will never be minted again. These Brilliant Uncirculated coins are collectable by themselves, but with these beautiful enhancements, they are a treasure to enjoy forever.
